Privacy for the AI demo

What we collect
- What you type in the form: your name, the city and state you sell in, your email, and, if you add them, your phone number and website.
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing to hear from us, and the exact words next to it.
- Public listing data about you and your listings (your public agent profile, your active listings and their details), and the text of your public website if you gave it.
- What you type in the demo chat, and a written transcript of any voice call.
- A one-way scrambled form of your network address (used only to limit how many demos one place can build), and your browser's name.
What we do with it
- Build and run your demo.
- Follow up about your demo. We email or text you about our services only if you ticked the box, or if you book a call.
- We do not sell your information.
Who processes it for us
- OpenWeb Ninja looks up public listing data.
- Anthropic (Claude) reads your website text and writes the chat replies.
- ElevenLabs runs the voice call: it hears your voice through your microphone and speaks the replies.
- Supabase stores the demo; Cloudflare serves this page; GoHighLevel keeps your contact details for our follow-up.
How long we keep it
A demo link works for 30 days. Chat messages and call transcripts are deleted after 90 days, and the scrambled network address is cleared at the same time. Your contact details stay in our customer system until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can try the demo without agreeing to hear from us. To have your details removed, or to stop messages, reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call booked at agent.realdealsource.com/book.
About the demo
The demo is a demonstration. The assistant answers only from public listing data and your public website, which may be incomplete; listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It does not book real appointments, and nothing said in the demo is sent to buyers or sellers.
